Tôi cũng gặp vấn đề tương tự trên PowerPoint và Excel khi chỉ khởi chạy ứng dụng, nghĩa là tôi không nhấp đúp vào một tệp hiện có để mở, mà chỉ nhấp đúp vào biểu tượng ứng dụng. Ứng dụng mất khoảng 13 giây để khởi chạy. Có vẻ như ứng dụng bị treo - đôi khi toàn bộ cửa sổ được hiển thị và đôi khi nó bị treo ngay giữa quá trình hoạt ảnh khởi chạy. Không có ứng dụng văn phòng nào của tôi được thiết lập để mở thư viện khi mở, vì vậy chúng chỉ mở các tài liệu mặc định.

Tôi có nhật ký console khi khởi chạy PowerPoint, nhưng nó quá dài so với trường nhập liệu này. Tôi đã cung cấp một đoạn trích từ lỗi đầu tiên xuất hiện trong nhật ký.

Vào lúc 15:27:51, CoreAnimation bị lỗi và phải mất khoảng 3 giây để một thông báo khác xuất hiện trên bảng điều khiển.

Lúc 15:27:56 có thông báo Microsoft PowerPoint[10959] () đã đánh thức CPU 46510 lần trong 8,17 giây (trung bình 5691/giây), vi phạm giới hạn đánh thức CPU là 45000 trong 300 giây.

Vào lúc 15:28:01, có vẻ như PowerPoint đã hoàn tất, điều này phù hợp với số liệu tôi đã đếm.

Mặc dù việc khởi động chậm là điều không tốt, nhưng vấn đề thực sự làm tôi khó chịu là toàn bộ máy tính của tôi ngừng hoạt động trong thời gian này . Các lần nhấn phím được lưu vào bộ nhớ đệm, nhưng không hiển thị cho đến khi ứng dụng "hoạt động trở lại". Con trỏ di chuyển, nhưng các lần nhấp chuột cũng được lưu vào bộ nhớ đệm cho đến khi ứng dụng "hoạt động trở lại".

Ngay cả việc cập nhật Console và Activity Monitor cũng dừng lại trong khi ứng dụng xử lý các tác vụ cần thiết.

Vấn đề này dường như bắt đầu khi PowerPoint được cập nhật lên phiên bản 16.24, mặc dù tôi cũng gặp phải với một tệp Excel trống ở phiên bản 16.19. Mất khá nhiều thời gian để cập nhật tất cả các ứng dụng lên phiên bản 16.24, nhưng điều đó cũng không giúp ích gì.

Không hiểu vì lý do gì, Word dường như không gặp phải vấn đề này.
